These terms apply to the website operated by CONSOLIDEBT SERVICES - FZCO. They govern website use only and do not form a client agreement, creditor arrangement, loan agreement or guarantee of service.
General information
The website explains the Consolidebt service at a general level. It does not provide individual legal, lending, insolvency, investment or other professional advice. A course of action will only be considered after relevant information has been reviewed.
No guaranteed outcome
- Consolidebt cannot guarantee that a creditor will accept a proposal, revise a repayment, reschedule a debt, agree a settlement or provide a concession.
- Interest, profit, fees, charges, collection activity or legal action may continue.
- Missed or reduced payments, revised arrangements and settlements may affect credit history and future access to credit.
Loans and refinancing
Consolidebt does not provide loans or credit. If refinancing appears worth considering, and only with your express consent, we may ask whether you would like an introduction to a third-party finance provider. Any credit application is subject to that provider's criteria and approval.
Initial review and fees
The initial review is free. If you decide to proceed, the service and applicable fees will be explained clearly before you enter into an agreement.
Urgent matters
Using this website, completing the debt-review form or contacting Consolidebt does not pause a creditor, court, legal or enforcement deadline. Seek appropriate specialist assistance if a matter requires urgent action.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorised access. We may change, suspend or withdraw website content when reasonably necessary and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
